“We hired Jim for our kitchen backsplash and we are extremely happy with his work. He did some amazing small cuts around areas that end up providing a beautiful clean seamless look. He even has tile going up into small recesses in the back two corners under the upper cupboards. No detail was missed. In addition he had some great suggestions for the layout that he discussed with us before he started. Once he started he was quiet, worked continuously, was respectful of our house and pets and left everything perfectly clean. I also appreciated how reliable Jim was. I contacted him a few months before we were ready for him and we discussed the job. We agreed on a date which was contingent on a new window we were waiting for installation and when the time came for the backsplash work our job was still on his calendar and he was ready. Too many times with home contractors they don’t return calls or don’t show. Jim is not that person, you can be assured he will be there and will respond.
